Standard Returns: Unused, unworn items with tags in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Extended Coverage: Optional warranty extends returns to 180 days (excludes user damage/hygiene issues).
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Request
→ Log into the Returns Portal or email BelovedHide01@gmail.com.
Step 2: Approval & Shipping
→ Receive prepaid DHL label (valid 7 days) if eligible.
Step 3: Track & Confirm
→ Monitor via tracking number; notify us upon delivery.
Step 4: Resolution
→ Refund to original payment method within 14 days.
3. Full Coverage (90 Days)
We cover costs for:
Defects (cracked lenses, loose screws)
Shipping errors (wrong/missing items)
Customization mistakes (incorrect prescription/engraving)
4. Non-Covered Situations
No returns for:
Orders >90 days old (30 days without warranty)
Subjective dislikes (color, style)
Damage from misuse (e.g., sleeping in frames)
International customs fees
5. Key Requirements
Original Packaging: All accessories (case, cloth, warranty card) required.
Customization: 30% fee for personalized order cancellations.
Hygiene: Opened lens seal strips void returns.
